12 February: Valentines Special
Join James Cassidy, Sami Fitz and East of Eden for a special Valentines class which will use the yogic practices of gentle movement and meditation encourage kindness and compassion towards oneself and all beings. Guests will enjoy gentle music during the meditation before going into a full gong bath and settling into a long savasana.
